General Responsibilities:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the field operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Team Management: Work closely with Project Managers and Crew Leaders to ensure high-quality work, effective scheduling, and optimal routing of field teams.
- Quality Control: Oversee the execution of landscaping and outdoor living projects, ensuring all work meets or exceeds service contracts and company standards.
- Training & Motivation: Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to the team to ensure consistent performance and job satisfaction.
- Process Optimization: Review and adjust current departmental policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Customer Communication: Engage with existing customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain high retention rates.
- Service Excellence: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Lead Generation & Commission Opportunity: Contribute to the growth of the business by generating leads and collaborating with the sales team on successful conversions. Earn commissions for successful lead generation and Sales Team conversions.
