Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, perform data validations, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights to support their objectives.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to provide an accessible overview of various metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities using data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to continuously improve our data analysis capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
