What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at KW Property Management?
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our US product development team. You will be part of a team of business analysts working on our flagship platform for the US. You will play a key role in contributing to the overall product platform roadmap, planning and defining what needs to be delivered by the product development team, and why. Your key focus areas will include identification and in-depth analysis of Odevo company problems and opportunities that can be addressed through product development. You will also play a key role in driving the launch of new product features across Odevo companies.
You will be part of a strong and knowledgeable team interacting with a complex and demanding business stakeholder community where effective collaboration and strong communication skills combined with business understanding are key to succeed. You will be working in a multi country environment, uncover and understand complex needs and empathize with business stakeholder needs while building understanding and buy-in for challenging priority calls.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize staff and customer feedback and market research to define and refine product requirements.
- Translate “as is” to “to be” processes within software solutions to fully leverage new features.
- Document and analyze end-to-end business processes to re-design processes, implement workflows, and automate processes.
- Connect business process design to customer needs and business goals and relentlessly communicating the connection between them to the organization.
- Collaborate with the Odevo Design team and Product Owners to understand and align service delivery models across companies.
- Work closely with Product Owners and UX professionals to prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the Odevo Idea to Launch flow.
- Conduct detailed analysis of new product features' impact on business processes and propose common solutions.
- Support feature validation during development through user testing and feedback loops with the Design function.
- Drive launch planning and rollout of new features, including producing and delivering documentation and training materials.
- Establish KPIs for product launches, analyze performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
Experience:
- 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with business process mapping, workflow implementation, and workflow automation.
- Experience in full software life-cycle implementation, upgrades, production support, rollout, and enhancement from business analysis, testing, migration, go-live assistance till post-implementation support.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis.
- Proven track record of delivering market leading design solutions with strategic impact.
- Post-secondary education in computer information systems, computer science, or related field.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the real estate or homeowners' association industry.
- Bonus points if you have experience with PropTech or FinTech.
- Bonus points if you have a certification such as Lean/Six Sigma, or Business Process Management.
- Fluent in English.
