Compensation:$174,300 at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Actively engage with potential leads on a regular basis to drive sales growth
- Establish connections with both buyers and sellers to fully comprehend their individual needs and preferences in order to successfully close deals
- Emphasize the delivery of exceptional service and valuable advice to clients to nurture long-lasting relationships and encourage repeat business
- Possess a deep understanding of the local community to address inquiries regarding properties and the neighborhood
- Prepare written purchase offers for buyers to facilitate a smooth closing process
- To be considered for this opportunity in Pueblo, CO, US, you must possess a valid Real Estate License or be willing to pursue one
- The ideal candidate should have the ability to work autonomously while also demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills
