Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and associates with professionalism and warmth
- Manage multiple phone lines with efficiency and a positive attitude
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for agent communication and retention
- Assist with event planning and onsite execution
- Help new agents get acclimated to KW Reserve’s systems, tools, and technology
- Maintain office tidiness, supplies, and equipment to ensure a professional environment
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about KW Reserve’s services
