Key Responsibilities:
- Agent Growth & Recruitment – Drive aggressive growth by attracting, recruiting, and retaining top-producing real estate agents.
- Leadership & Coaching – Inspire, train, and mentor agents to maximize their business potential through goal setting, accountability, and strategic planning.
- Business Development – Consult with agents on sales strategies, lead generation, market trends, and productivity enhancement.
- Financial Oversight – Monitor and drive the financial health of the market center, including revenue growth and cost management.
- Culture & Collaboration – Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented culture that aligns with Keller Williams’ core values.
- Training & Development – Ensure agents have access to top-tier training, technology, and compliance resources to stay competitive in the market.
- Operational Excellence – Lead team business meetings, analyze market competition, and develop strategies for agent transitions to Keller Williams.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and growth experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong recruiting, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
- Exceptional communication and social poise.
