Compensation :

87,500 - $176,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

Develop connections with potential clients in the Sioux Falls area to generate leads.

Participate in specialized training sessions focused on improving real estate knowledge and skills.

Diligently follow up on leads until securing appointments with either a listing or buyer’s agent.

Maintain consistent communication with prospective homebuyers through phone calls and emails to foster relationships and ensure brand recognition.

Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives.

Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clientele.

Ensure customer information is accurate and up to date for agents using a CRM system.

Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments to maximize productivity.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Qualifications :
