What You’ll Do as a Listing Agent:

As a Real Estate Listing Agent, you’ll be the expert guiding homeowners through the listing and selling process, ensuring their properties get top dollar and the best marketing exposure. Your role will involve:

• Consulting with Sellers: Build lasting relationships by understanding your client’s needs and providing expert advice on property pricing, staging, and marketing.
• Marketing Mastery: Develop customized marketing plans that include professional photography, virtual tours, open houses, and digital campaigns designed to showcase properties to the widest audience.
• Pricing Strategy: Use your deep market knowledge and access to industry-leading data to determine the right price for each home, helping sellers maximize their return.
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Manage offers and counteroffers, negotiate contract terms, and help sellers make informed decisions to secure the best possible outcome.
• Client Care: From first contact to closing, provide exceptional service with a focus on clear communication, transparency, and a seamless transaction.
• Lead Generation: Leverage Keller Williams’ extensive network and your own outreach efforts to attract new clients and grow your business.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain): You’re ready to make your mark in the real estate industry and have (or are in the process of obtaining) your Utah real estate license.
• A Hunger for Success: You are self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to put in the work to achieve your full potential.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Whether in person, over the phone, or via email, you know how to build rapport and keep your clients informed and confident throughout the process.
