Installation Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Installation Technician to join our team at KWater Treatment. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various water treatment systems and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail. We will provide all of the tools and a work van. You must be able to pass a background and be insurable by our company Auto Insurance.

As a successful Installation Technician, you must be eager to learn, must be great with customers, be able to communicate with the team, and be able to navigate a tablet for the jobs each day. We are looking for people that want to work and not simply milk the clock.

Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair systems and equipment according to specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete installations
- Perform system design and layout
- Read reference charts to understand water chemistry
- Test systems to ensure proper functionality
- Provide training and support to customers on system operation
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Experience:
- Previous experience in installation, maintenance, or related field preferred
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of plumbing
- Familiarity with field service work
- Ability to read and interpret water treatment charts
- Experience with Customer Service

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
