The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead QA Engineer to join our team. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and success of our software projects. Your primary responsibilities will include providing leadership and guidance to the QA team, overseeing testing activities, developing and implementing test strategies, executing test cases, coordinating with cross-functional teams, identifying and reporting defects, and maintaining automated testing frameworks. Additionally, you will analyze test results, provide recommendations for improvement, mentor and train team members, monitor project timelines, and stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA engineering, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality products. We understand that our teams need flexibility, which is why we follow a hybrid schedule. Our in-office days of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and employees are allowed to work remotely on Wednesdays and Friday.
