The Kwik Fill Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager and District Manager in overseeing the store's operations. This position involves sharing responsibilities with the Store Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
- Assist in training and motivating all store personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and hello.
- Suggest merchandise purchases to all customers.
- Operate cash registers and other required equipment accurately.
- Price, stock, and face merchandise, including gondolas, shelving, counters, walk-in coolers, upright coolers, and backroom storage areas.
- Maintain product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to prevent damage or spoilage.
- Ensure the store adheres to maintenance policies and health department rules and regulations.
