Cashier/Attendant Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Attendant. In the absence of Store Management, this role is responsible for operating the store and attending to customers' needs while adhering to company operating policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service by greeting all customers with a smile, suggesting merchandise purchases, and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Cash Handling: Learn and operate the cash register and additional required equipment with accuracy, managing shift and daily transactions.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies, including cleaning restrooms and floors, keeping store shelves clean and stocked, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Inventory Management: Price, stock, and face merchandise, including gondolas, shelving, counters, walk-in coolers, upright coolers, and backroom storage areas.
- Safety and Security: Follow all security and safety policies and procedures, and report any incidents or concerns to management.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Kwik Fill offers competitive pay rates, ranging from $15.50 to $17.50 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for advancement.
