Key Responsibilities:
- Offer outstanding customer service, greeting all customers with a smile and hello.
- Suggest merchandise purchases to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Operate the cash register and additional equipment with accuracy.
- Price, stock, and face merchandise, including gondolas, shelving, counters, walk-in coolers, upright coolers, and backroom storage areas.
- Maintain product storage, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and free from damage or spoilage.
- Manage maintenance activities, including replacing gas nozzles and hoses, changing pump filters, sweeping parking lots, picking up trash, emptying trash cans, and cleaning restrooms and floors.
- Adhere to security and safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Account for all shift and daily transactions.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance, adhering to the required work dress code.
