Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly as they arrive at our quick lube facility. Listen attentively to their concerns and provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on services based on their vehicle's needs.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with our service technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of vehicle maintenance and repairs. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional services required.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products that align with customers' needs and preferences. Educate customers about the benefits of various services and products to enhance their driving experience.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain proper documentation of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, professional, and personalized service at all times. Address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the customer service area, waiting room, and restroom facilities clean and organized. Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
