Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a designated sales territory to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach efforts to generate new leads and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on territory management and sales initiatives.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve selling techniques.
- Strong office skills, and recruiting knowledge is preferred.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or territory sales management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with software applications related to sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting client needs through tailored solutions.
- A proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation, demonstrating resilience in overcoming objections.
