We are a growing company with a New Store coming to Madison, SD fall 2025!! We are hiring Leaders to start training now! Leadership hiring event Monday 4/28/25 from 10am-6pm at the Madison SD Chamber of Commerce located at 315 S Egan Ave, Madison SD.

For this round of hiring, Candidates Must have current or previous Management experience for consideration. Other positions and opportunities will be available Mid-summer.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise and train employees to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management
- Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manager in various aspects of the business. You will be responsible for supervising employees, providing training and development opportunities, assisting with administrative tasks, managing sales activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
