Location: CDL Driving positions near the Saint Cloud Area

Average Yearly Pay Range: $70,000 - $135,000
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
As a Petroleum Transport Driver, you will be responsible for delivering petroleum products to our store locations on a timely basis. Our drivers feet wide based out of 25 locations, deliver one million gallons daily, log over 20,000 miles daily and are able to be home at the end of each shift. Our state-of-the art fleet is equipped with electronic logging, satellite communication, and is serviced regularly by our own Truck Maintenance Shop.
Work Schedule:
Tuesday—Saturday; 4 PM to 4 AM
Friday—Monday; 3 PM to 3 AM
Friday—Monday; 3:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Friday—Monday; 3:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Friday—Monday; 4 AM to 4 PM
Friday—Monday; 4 PM to 4 AM

Qualifications:
- Class A CDL with combination vehicle, air brakes, general, tanker and hazardous material endorsements and no restrictions
- 2 years of Semi-Tractor/Trailer combination experience is required
- Good driving record
- High level of customer service
- Accurate / detail orientated
- Operate computerized loading system
- Basic math aptitude including computing percentages
- Willing to learn / perform a variety of job tasks
- Work well with others
- Work with minimal supervision
- Understand / accurately complete invoice paperwork
- Learn / carry out spill prevention / minimization / clean-up techniques
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Work in a safety conscious environment
- Work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions
- Candidate must live within both 60 minutes and 60 miles of their home base in St. Cloud, MN.
Physical qualifications: sit up to 6 hours at a time; stand up to 1 hour at a time; bend/reach/twist occasionally; lift/carry up to 50 pounds from 24 to 60 inches occasionally; push/pull up to 62 pounds of force occasionally
