Pay Range: $24.18 to $36.27
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip Inc. Information Security department is seeking a dedicated Information Security Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position plays a crucial role in supporting our information security tools and collaborating with our talented information security engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Maintain Security Tools: Assist in managing and maintaining our suite of information security tools.
- Security Documentation: Help maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- User Training and Awareness: Assist in organizing security awareness training sessions for employees.
- Queue Management: Prioritize and address daily security tasks and incidents as they flow into our queue.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate-degree focused on Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications: Preferred certificates within the Information Security field of study.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of information security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (hybrid), daytime hours with a rotation cycle for on call. Work on weekends, holidays, and non-business hours may be required.
