Pay Range: $63,039.34 to $87,428.12
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip's Information Security Department: is seeking an individual to join our team as an Information Security Engineer 1, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the security tools that protect our business. You will work closely with a team of security professionals to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage security tools for network security, endpoint security, and cloud security.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are followed.
- Maintain and update security documentation and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in information security.
- Knowledge of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (hybrid), daytime hours with a rotation cycle for on call. Work on weekends, holidays, and non-business hours may be required.
