Pay Range: $24.18 to $36.27
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
The IT Retail Services Business Integration Support Analyst I is responsible for new and existing product development including the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and support of IT Retail Services’ business processes and business applications used at all of Kwik Trip Inc.’s stores. This analyst is the subject matter expert for their assigned applications.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working with 5000 remote endpoints; support of Point of Sale Applications; support of Credit Card Processing Systems
- Support of the Business Information System (PDI Enterprise)
- Provide documentation and training to the Retail Services Support Staff for product rollouts and upgrades
- Project management of store systems and integration
- Maintain a high level of communications with the stakeholders and management of project issues including tracking system changes, release schedules, conversion issues and testing of new releases of third party software
- Following all company policies
Skill Qualifications:
- A high level of general educational development, normally acquired through the completion of a Associate's degree program, in an Information Technology (IT) related field
- Beneficial to have experience in Business Information environments such as: PDI Enterprise, electronic payments processing, POS systems
- Multi-site computer networking skills
- Experience with SQL databases
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems along with a knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and have the ability to multitask; project management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills working with all levels of the organization and with external vendors
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
Physical qualifications include:
Ability to sit, stand, or drive for extended periods of time; work up to 10 hour shifts; lift up to 60 lbs.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, 40 hours/week, between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or as needed to perform duties. At times, this position is required to perform some job duties during non-work hours. Overtime may be required. On-Call rotation for a 7 day period about once every 20 weeks along with rotating holidays.
