Pay Range: $22.09 to $28.05
Shift: Variable
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip, Inc. operates its own LP Production facility in La Crosse, WI. Our LP Production area is responsible for receiving in empty tanks, refurbishing, and refilling tanks to be re-distributed to retail.
Qualifications:
- Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks
- Work well with others
- Possess basic math aptitude
- Read, understand, and interpret numbers
- Work in a fast paced, safety conscious environment
- Work in a variety of weather conditions
Physical requirements: Walk up to 10 hours; lift/carry up to 100 pounds to waist level frequently; lift/carry 60 pounds to 60 inches; lift/carry 40 pounds to 76 inches; push/pull 60 pounds of force; bend, twist, reach, stoop frequently.
Work Schedules are 3 and 4 day Rotations:
Week 1: Sunday - Tuesday Week 2: Sunday - Wednesday 5pm to 4am
Week 1: Wednesday - Saturday Week 2: Thursday - Saturday 11am to 10pm;
Week 1: Wednesday - Saturday Week 2: Thursday - Saturday 7pm to 6am (2 open)
