Pay Range: $26.71 to $40.06
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Network Services Department is seeking a System Administrator with a focus on SAP and IBMi Administration.
What you’ll be doing…
As a System Administrator, you will work independently as well as on a team to provide operational support for Kwik Trip’s systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design, administration, and support of the Company’s SAP and IBMi server and application environments. Specifically support for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECP, SAP Solution Manager, SAP HANA Cockpit, SAProuter, SAP BTP systems, and IBM iSeries.
Plan, coordinate, and execute upgrades, migrations, conversions and implementations of software and hardware solutions.
Provide 2nd level support for escalated incidents and problems.
Collaboration with business units on SAP related requests.
Manage SAP security including user accounts, authorizations, and profiles.
Conduct research to determine appropriate software and hardware solutions to support business initiatives.
Utilize Kwik Trip’s incident, problem, and change management tools to manage ITIL processes.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Investigate and diagnose system-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
Develop and maintain system documentation.
Participate in security and licensing audits.
You’ll need to have:
Associate degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Ability to multi-task and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to meet project and department deadlines.
Even better if you have:
SAP administration experience
SAP security experience
SAP HANA database administration experience
Experience with IBM I Series Administration
Experience with data storage systems
Experience with Azure Cloud
Experience with SUSE Linux administration
Knowledge or experience with incident management platforms (e.g., Service Now or Jira)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours with non-business hours support as required. Rotating on call to cover off hours and weekend support/incidents.
