Pay Range: $19.15 to $26.80
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip’s Network Services Department has an opening for a Unified Communications and Collaboration Coordinator 1.
What you’ll be doing…
As a UCC Coordinator 1, you will be responsible for assisting with monitoring and routing of day-to-day tasks and incidents involving all aspects of telephony work. This person will provide second level support for the retail store construction phone and circuit orders for all new store construction, rebuilds, acquisitions, and upgrades as well as collaborate with the IT Office Management team and the Telecom Expense Analyst on the billing system to ensure accurate charges and credits.
Additional responsibilities Include:
- Assist with Telco circuit order timeline monitoring.
- Assist with accurate billing between store order placement and Telco invoices received.
- Update database with contract and circuit information.
- Maintain consistent order process and procedure.
- Maintain proper documentation of procedures and processes.
- Order cellular devices.
You’ll need to have:
- Associate degree in Information Systems/Network Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to meet project and department deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
Even better if you have:
- Knowledge of Data Center and Core network technologies.
- Knowledge of wireless 4G/5G environments
- Experience with telecommunications voice and data circuits.
- Experience with an ordering/billing system.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Weekend and non-business hours work may be required as needed.
