Position: Mortgage Processor

Overview:
The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for performing various loan documentation duties on complex loan packages and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for loan products.
Essential Duties:
- Manage a pipeline of 40-60 loans, processing from application to closing.
- Collect, analyze, and submit documents to Underwriting.
- Maintain pipeline management to meet required closing dates.
- Verify conditions, resolve title issues, and ensure compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service to all parties involved.
Requirements:
- 3 years of loan processing experience.
- Knowledge of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- NMLS-MLO license preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
