Position Type : Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 9 p.m., 8-hour shifts)
Salary : $1,000 - $1,190 per week
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Rochester, NY, for a full-time contract position. This role requires an individual with robust experience in both ambulatory and pediatric care, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients in an ambulatory and pediatric setting.
- Perform clinical tasks including, but not limited to :
- Rooming patients
- Administering injections
- Conducting EKG tests
- Performing nasopharyngeal swabs
- Measuring and recording blood pressure
- Conducting ear flushes
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
- Collaborate and work efficiently with other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure punctuality and dependability in all work-related activities.
