About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations at mission-critical sites. In this role, you'll guide a team of technicians, manage maintenance schedules, support client installations, and ensure infrastructure runs smoothly and safely. You’ll also play a hands-on role in problem-solving, team mentoring, and continuous service improvement across our data center environments.
What You'll Do:
Supervise a team of onsite technicians, providing clear direction, coaching, and support
Lead and coordinate planned and corrective maintenance efforts
Partner with vendors and clients to ensure quality service delivery
Oversee installations and ensure compliance with operational standards
Support infrastructure projects and ongoing development of site procedures
Monitor facility systems using CMMS and BMS platforms
Assist with safety compliance, training, incident response, and reporting
Contribute to staffing efforts and professional development of team members
Help drive operational excellence through process improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
3 years of experience in facilities, electrical, or mechanical operations (data center experience a plus)
Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems such as power, cooling, and fire suppression
Familiarity with interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams
Effective communication and leadership skills
Comfortable navigating ticketing systems, asset tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
OSHA 30 certification preferred; additional relevant certifications are a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced 24/7 environment; occasional extended hours and on-call responsibilities
Physical requirements include lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly), ladder use, and working in PPE when necessary
Must be able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
