KX Technologies is a leading manufacturer of water filters for the residential market. We are seeking skilled manufacturing workers to join our 2nd shift team. The Operator 2 position requires experience working in light manufacturing, working on automated or semi-automated assembly lines, and experience working as part of a high-functioning manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
· Operate and maintain complex light automation equipment with minimal supervision.
· Ensure the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing processes.
· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
· Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
· Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
· Maintain accurate production records and reports.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
· Train new team members.
· Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
· 1-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
· Proven ability to operate light automation equipment independently.
· Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
· English communication and teamwork skills.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
· Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 45 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $18.50 per hour
