Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Quality Engineer, the ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering or Science, with at least 1 year of QA and/or Engineering experience.
A strong understanding of ISO 9000 quality management systems is essential, as well as experience with Capability, SPC, MSA, and GRR. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are also required.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
