Location: Paris, KY
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 2pm to 4:30 PM (hours may increase as the clinic grows) and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Type: Temporary Position with the potential to become part-time or full-time
Compensation: 1099 Independent Contractor (no benefits)

Job Responsibilities
- Reception Work:
- Greet and check-in patients
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Handle phone calls and patient inquiries
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Assist with billing and insurance claims
- Perform general office duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Patient Care:
- Take and record patient vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, etc.)
- Assist with patient intake and preparation for examinations
- Support the healthcare team with patient care tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related healthcare role is preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Additional Information
- Hours listed are the preferred hours in person however there is some room for remote work possibility
- This is a temporary position with the potential to become part-time or full-time as the clinic grows
- The position is currently offered as a 1099 independent contractor role with no benefits
