Summary
Responsible for building rapport with leads and current customer base by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and greeting drop-ins.
- Suggests trade-ins, responds to inquiries, and recommends sales campaigns.
- Meets prospects at community activities and promotes sales campaigns.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests.
- Demonstrates knowledge of vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Takes customers on drives and explains warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections and completing sales or purchase contracts.
- Explains provisions, services, and financing to customers.
- Actively pursues new sales opportunities and platforms to deliver optimal customer satisfaction.
- Assists with other duties, as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29,621.00 - $100,000.00 per year
