Responsibilities
- Educating customers with the various insurance products we offer
- Selling our products and services
- Leveraging social media outlets for marketing yourself
- Calling prospects from hot leads provided by mentor agent
- Marketing via different available programs
- Being creative on getting your name out there
- Attending local fun events and sharing your expertise with prospects
Requirements
Must be licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health with the State of Illinois Dept of Insurance or willing to get licensed within 30 days .
Candidate will interview with possible Mentor Agents to ensure a good fit and match salary requirements.
Sales or Insurance Experience can assist you with getting a fast start, but not mandatory . Some of our best producers have come from other industries so don't be discouraged to apply.
