Responsibilities
- Educating customers with the various insurance products we offer
- Selling our products and services
- Leveraging social media outlets for marketing yourself
- Calling prospects from hot leads provided by mentor agent
- Marketing via different available programs
- Being creative on getting your name out there
- Attending local fun events and sharing your expertise with prospects
Requirements
Must be licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health with the State of Illinois Dept of Insurance or willing to get licensed within 30 days of offer of employment!!! We can guide you through that process.
Qualified Candidates will have an initial screening with Farmers Insurance D33 Recruiter, then interview with possible interested Agency Owner(s) to ensure a good fit and match salary requirements. Some Agency Owners may allow Hybrid work schedules and may or may not require Saturdays. That is a conversation between candidate and Agency Owner.
Sales or Insurance Experience can assist you with getting a fast start, but not mandatory. Some of our best producers have come from other industries so don't be discouraged to apply.
Salary : $40,000 - $66,000
