We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to join our team at Kym Industries, Inc. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within our shop, ensuring efficient management of staff and resources while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Your leadership will be vital in achieving our goal of delivering top-quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance performance.
- Communicate effectively with other management to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that things are being done correctly.
- Helping with inventory management, including stock levels and communicating low supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Develop strategies to improve performance.
- Proven experience in shop management is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff.
- Basic math skills for inventory management, and you should be able to read a tape measure to accurately lay out tarps.
