Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and innovation, with the ability to transform concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing products. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical design principles and proficiency in various design software. As an Industrial Designer, you will collaborate closely with engineers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop products that meet market needs while adhering to company standards.

Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and requirements.
  • Create decals for Powersports vehicles (scooters, ATVs and Side By Side) to provide fresh and dynamic looks
  • Create detailed designs and prototypes using CAD software, ensuring functionality and manufacturability.
  • Utilize design thinking methodologies to generate innovative solutions for accessory and product development.
  • Conduct research on market trends and user needs to inform design decisions.
  • Prepare presentations and visualizations using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation of design processes, revisions, and final specifications.

Skills

  • Proficiency in software for creating detailed both 2D and 3D for technical drawings.
  • Strong aesthetic and mechanical knowledge with experience in design principles.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on design thinking methodologies.
  • Experience in product development from concept through production.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $56,153.00 - $61,841.00 per year
