• You have worked on Low Code, No Code Citizen Developer projects working closely with businesses and creating strategic solutions to meet business outcomes
• You have worked on Digital Experience Management uncovering unreported issues, harnessing insights from Data and eliminated incidents proactively
• You have implemented automation, workflow orchestration, virtual agents for self-service?
• You enjoy conducting art of the possible workshops on workplace technologies (M365, Virtual Platform, Device Management, Security)
• Proficiency in XLAs, Power Platform, Viva Insights, Qualtrics, CCaaS will be an advantage

Your Role and Responsibilities:

This includes ownership for the sales and revenue growth of Digital Workplace Services Kyndryl Consult, developing and delivering consulting EX solutions for clients. You will be part of a diverse, inclusive, exceptional delivery team focusing on modernizing workplace experience. You will work closely with account teams, client teams, specialist sellers, as well as with strategic partners like Amazon Connect, Microsoft, Service Now, Nexthink to name a few.

In this role you will:

• You will lead client meetings and pitches, create win-themes and work with Solution Architects to help shape solutions and proposals
• Deeply understand technologies and solutions from Microsoft and relevant partners that can be used to deliver client solutions (for example: Extended Reality such as AR and VR, Collaboration Hubs, Teams, Telephony, Power Apps, Power BI, Office 365, SharePoint, and Viva workplace analytics)
• You will deliver consulting engagements for one or several of our Digital Workplace technologies and platforms across Service Desk, Contact Center technologies, Virtual Desktop, Collaboration and Messaging Services, Device/Mobile Management, and Active Directory
• You will lead or contribute in the delivery of client consulting engagements for Digital Workplace including: Conduct client workshops, capability assessments, maturity assessments, create strategic roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans
• Perform analysis of client’s current state, define desired outcomes, define/revise user experience strategies, design conceptual solutions/plans/roadmaps that drive the adoption of relevant emerging technologies, automation, and improved processes onto the client’s organization.
• Articulate engagement findings, designs, recommendations, and roadmaps at executive levels. Deliver storyboard presentations to gain client commitment and buy-in.
• Contribute to the consulting knowledge base and methods with technique papers, work product descriptions, guiding principles, documents, and further the evolution of intellectual capital assets.

Who You Are

This role is for just for you, if you love working on EX strategies and have the following:

• 5 years’ experience working as a lead or senior consultant focusing on Employee Experience, Cost Optimization, Modernizing Digital Workplace technologies
  • 8 years’ experience delivering consulting engagements for one or several of our Digital Workplace technologies (Service Desk, Virtual Desktop, Collaboration, Device Management, and/or Active Directory).
  • 5 to 10 years relevant business leadership experience, including sales origination, solution shaping, estimating, pitching, and delivery
  • Strong leadership and presence; you project an expert level of knowledge and a high degree of creativity using Microsoft technologies and others to deliver business value
  • Extensive knowledge and experience creating workplace strategy and implementing workplace technology on Microsoft platforms including Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Extended Reality (AR/VR), Digital Collaboration Hubs
  • Ability to quickly earn the respect of sellers, partners, and clients
  • Deep industry knowledge covering one or more of our primary industries
  • Experience consulting in an environment with multi-country/cultural teams
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills, including ability to confidently present to our clients’ senior leadership remotely and in person
  • Self-driven, detail oriented able to collaborate across a wide span of practice lines
  • Ability to thrive and lead in a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed team environment
  • Experienced skill level with contemporary engagement methods such as whiteboard, workshops, hands-on demo's, prototyping and Proof of Concepts
  • Experienced level skills with Design Thinking, Agile and DevOps methods.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results
  • Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure

Preferred Consulting and Technical Experience including Certifications

• Microsoft Modern Workplace portfolio: Office 365, Teams, Intune, Power Platform, Viva, OneDrive, and SharePoint

• Device/Mobile Management platform experience with Intune, MaaS360, SOTI MobileControl, Jamf Mobile Device Management, and/or VMware Workspace One

• Virtual Platform ( VDI, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktops, Desktop As A Service)

• Service Desk ticketing, telephony, and resource allocation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BCM Remedy Helix)

• Azure Active Directory and Azure Virtual Desktop Services

• Technical Certifications, Design Thinking, Agile, Lean & Six Sigma

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $134,160 to $254,880 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California:$147,600 to $305,880

Colorado: $134,160 to $254,880

New York City: $161,040 to $305,880

Washington: $147,600 to $280,320

Washington DC:$147,600 to $280,320

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
