Your primary responsibilities include:

The compensation range for this position in the US is $93,000 to $177,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement. This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off. Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program. - Providing Guidance: Supporting the process and technical team with system builds, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Improve user experience: Provide improvement and enhancements to provide internal customers & suppliers easier access and better experience.
- Optimizing Workflows: Designing and implementing automated workflows for procurement activities.
- Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Working with procurement, CIO, data and analytics teams, and other stakeholders to integrate SAP Ariba and drive user adoption
- Leading initiatives to improve integration and promoting user adoption of SAP Ariba.

- 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, with a focus on automation and integration.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Implementation Experience: Minimum of 1 full cycle ARIBA implementations experience.
- Proven track record of managing procurement technology transformations in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in SAP Ariba or related procurement technologies can demonstrate a deeper level of expertise and commitment to the field.
