Business Development Representative
Kyntronics, a Solon, OH based Actuation Products manufacturer, is seeking a Business Development Person to support sales and opportunity development efforts for our unique Servo Hydraulic Products.
This is a hands-on role that involves promoting innovative technology solutions into multiple vertical market segments and territories.
- Support sales channels through joint sales calls
- Recruit, train, and develop Sales Channel Network of Representatives & Distributors
- Generate leads using Hubspot and other marketing tools
- Develop and execute targeted growth strategies
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities through direct efforts, sales channels, and lead generation tools
- Collaborate with Applications Engineering on customer solutions, proposal generation, and closing business opportunities
- Seek, develop, and maintain new business opportunities with new and current customers
- Communicate the voice of the customer throughout the organization
- Attend key trade shows focused on cultivating new business opportunities

- Able to maximize the effectiveness of Sales Channel Partners and marketing efforts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent applicable experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully selling highly engineered products directly and through sales channels
- Experience with mechatronic solutions preferred
- Experience with Motion Control products and/or Hydraulic Systems and markets highly preferred
- Proven track record of sales achievements and new product sales into new markets
- Strong professional references
