As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate and dispatch service calls to field service technicians, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of technicians and maintaining communication with customers regarding their service needs.

Responsibilities
• Receive and log service requests: Enter details into the service management system.• Dispatch service technicians: Assign service calls based on technician availability, location, and skill set.• Monitor service call progress: Track the status of open service calls and ensure timely completion.• Customer communication: Provide customers with updates on the status of their service requests.• Data management: Maintain accurate records of service calls, including issues reported and actions taken.• Coordinate with parts department: Ensure necessary parts are available for technicians.• Generate reports: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.• Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume calls.

The typical pay range for this role is $47,000.00-$55,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
