You’ll work directly with our production inkjet marketing and sales team to better define high potential market segments, build ideal customer profiles and construct comprehensive target marketing lists. This will be across three production inkjet products that we have currently have or will be introduced on the market in the next 12 months.  You’ll participate in all team meetings and work with our sales and technical sales support to build the required training and marketing content to drive more efficient and effective sales and marketing efforts. Your deliverables will inform strategic campaigns and shape the future of how we sell inkjet.

Responsibilities

Market Segmentation Project

• Create ideal customer profiles across at least 5 vertical market segments and 15 sub-segments. This will include key demographic and psychographic attributes for each, using a variety of sources and targeting the customers that matter most.
• Analyze existing customer data and industry trends to identify and define high-value market segments
• Build buyer personas and segment-specific insights to drive targeting strategies
• Recommend go-to-market strategies by vertical, application, or business size

Target Marketing Execution

• Assist in developing and optimizing targeted messaging, content, and campaigns
• Collaborate with product management and our ad agency to align marketing initiatives with key learnings
• Use tools like MS Dynamics, Zoom Info, EDA Data, HubSpot, and third-party databases to identify and build a master database of targets.

Qualifications

Required:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, preferably Marketing, or related field 
• Experience marketing print and related offerings
• Presentation skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You’ve got real-world experience (through class projects, internships, or jobs) with market segmentation and target marketing
• This internship will start on June 2nd and run for 8 weeks.
• In office required 4 days a week (Mon-Thur) with Fridays off.
• 32 hour work week.

Preferred:

• Experience marketing in the production print market segment
• You understand B2B marketing and aren’t intimidated by associated technologies 
• You’ve got real-world experience (through class projects, internships, or jobs) with **market segmentation and target marketing
