Regional Sales Manager

We’re looking for an Experienced Regional Sales Manager based in the Eastern Region, covering the entire Eastern Seaboard. Preference will be given to candidates located within the territory between Maine and Florida to drive sales growth, manage distributor relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Do:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead all sales initiatives in your territory, working closely with distributors, customers, and internal teams to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth: Achieve or exceed annual sales goals by proactively identifying high-potential opportunities, strengthening distributor and customer relationships, and implementing data-driven sales strategies to maximize performance.
- Expand market presence: Evaluate and approve strategies to grow sales, enhance KSPT-G brand awareness, and maintain strong distributor relationships. Stay informed about industry trends, government regulations, and technical developments that impact the market.
- Lead & mentor: Coach, support, and develop a high-performing regional sales team, including Sales Engineers and Independent Manufacturer Representatives (IMRs).
- Collaboration & reporting: Work with cross-functional teams to provide insights on product development, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts. Prepare regional sales reports and present performance updates.
- Sales execution: Develop and implement sales plans, identify key decision-makers, present customized solutions, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals. Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Customer engagement: Build and maintain partnerships with key clients and distributors, by leveraging market insights, identifying new opportunities, providing expertise on product applications and solutions.
- Industry representation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote KSPT products and services.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, engineering (preferred), or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of industrial sales experience, preferably with large national distributors.
- Industrial merchandising experience and proven leadership of sales teams are strong advantages.
- A valid driver’s license that meets KSPT-G insurance requirements is required.
- Willingness and ability to travel is needed to meet business objectives.
