Are you looking for a hands-on, entry-level role in a manufacturing environment? This 3rd shift position at Kyocera Hardcoating Technologies (KHTL) offers the opportunity to work with precision tools and support our Hardcoating process. In this role, you will ensure tools are properly cleaned and prepped for coating, contributing to our commitment to quality and precision.
What You’ll Do:
- Unpackage, handle and identify incoming tools.
- Operate cleaning equipment:
- Mira-Clean Ultrasonic System.
- Wet & Dry Blaster machines.
- Troubleshoot minor issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
What you bring:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience cleaning metal parts is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Manufacturing floor environment.
- Position is subject to regular lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Exposure to high noise levels.
- Physical hazards from moving equipment and hot parts.
- Potential exposure to fumes, dust, and mist.
- Handling of cleaning chemicals.
- When overtime is scheduled it is mandatory.
