Kyocera SGS Precision Tools is looking for a talented and motivated HRIT Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience with UKG Ready. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and configuring the UKG Ready system, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for system improvements supporting both Human Resources and Information Technology. Position Summary
The HRIT Analyst is responsible for managing both the technical and functional aspects of the UKG Ready HRIS system to support HR and IT operations. This role focuses on system configuration, integration, and ensuring the accuracy of data. The HRIT Analyst provides advanced technical support for HRIS-related issues and collaborates with HR and IT teams to optimize system performance, align technology with business needs, and ensure system security and compliance. The position requires a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and a working knowledge of application processes, tables, interfaces, and integrations. This position supports a lean and safe working environment while focusing on continuous improvement, quality, and support of teamwork throughout the Company.
Essential Job Functions
- Administer and configure the UKG Ready HRIS system to support HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Provide advanced technical support for HRIS-related issues, including resolving system problems and coordinating with UKG support as needed. Assist HR and IT teams in understanding and using the system effectively.
- Manage integrations between UKG Ready and other business systems (e.g., payroll, ERP, time tracking) and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all integrated systems through regular audits and validations.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and track key HR metrics. Customize and design reports to meet specific organizational needs and provide insights into operations.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, work with UKG Ready support to implement new features and upgrades and manage system tests and rollouts of new functionalities to enhance HR processes.
- Manage system security settings, user access controls, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies. Monitor system usage and security to protect sensitive employee information, working closely with HR on any data inconsistencies.
- Lead or participate in HRIT-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of HRIT solutions.
Marginal / Less Essential Job Functions
- Provide support to HR staff and end-users for UKG Ready system issues, resolving technical problems, and responding to user inquiries. Develop and deliver training for HR staff and other users on system functionality and best practices.
- Provide backup support for HR Payroll and Time and Labor Management (TLM).
- Troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and uninstall system software as needed. Manage and maintain IT requests through the HelpSTAR ticketing software.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR and IT staff on system usage, updates, and best practices. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree a related field or 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Other Qualifications Desired
Training & Experience
- Proven experience with HRIS systems, particularly UKG Ready, including technical administration and user support.
- Strong technical skills in system integrations, data management, and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in SQL or other querying languages for reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both HR and IT teams.
- Experience with IT project management and system implementations.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and IT security best practices.

Working Conditions
- Normal office environment utilizing personal computer, phone, and related office equipment. May sit or stand as needed. Constant use of upper extremities. Occasional reaching above shoulder height, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents. Occasional visits to distribution center and manufacturing floor with exposure to hazards of moving equipment, and automated machinery. Minimal skin exposure to detergents, oils and cutting/grinding fluids and minimal exposure to fumes, dusts, and mists.
