Sales & Marketing Manager – Medical Division

Driving Growth, Building Relationships, and Creating Opportunities.  

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building customer relationships and driving growth? Kyocera SGS Precision Tools Medical Division is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager in our Medical division to lead sales initiatives, strengthen customer partnerships, and enhance marketing efforts. This role requires 35% travel to meet customers, develop strategies, and explore new opportunities, all while focusing on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

 

What You Will Do:

You’ll drive revenue growth by developing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and collaborating on impactful marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Travel to meet with current and prospective customers, fostering long-term partnerships and generating new revenue opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for customers, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide delivery updates.
  • Sales Strategy: Evaluate and develop new sales strategies while identifying potential customer accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Department to lead impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting: Provide monthly updates on business activities and competitive insights.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Quality Management, Safety, and Environmental Systems.

 

What You Bring:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of Business-to-Business sales experience required.
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license with insurance eligibility.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong presentation and proposal development capabilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to research, evaluate, and manage customer accounts.
