ERP Team Lead (On-site from Day One)

Required Skills and Experience

* Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, 4 years of experience in process engineering and 2 years experience in project management.
* Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and experience communicating with multiple levels (e.g., Director, team member)
* Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio.
* Experience implementing PeopleSoft.
* Asset Management PeopleSoft ERP Resource must have experience solving complex challenges within the PeopleSoft Asset Management modules.
* Experience with data cleansing.
* Experience remediating business processes due to process or technology changes.
* Experience updating business process documentation (e.g., manuals, desk procedures)

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Minimum of 5 years of experience performing activities directly related to PeopleSoft ERP solutions.
* Experience working with the State or with other state governments similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count.
* Experience with data mapping and conversion.
* Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technologies, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field.

Primary Responsibilities

* Work with all Project stakeholders, including but not limited to, the Project Director, Deputy Project Director, Project Architects, and Project team members, as requested.
* Work with the SSI Vendor and other state policy groups to solve complex issues and identify improvement opportunities.
* Take day-to-day direction from the client Contract Manager and delegate and work with Project team members to support all activities related to the Florida PALM Project implementation efforts and Production Support activities.
* Use and share lessons learned and best practices associated with PeopleSoft ERP implementations that may promote efficiency and help to identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Serve as a PeopleSoft ERP subject matter expert, providing Solution recommendations and helping to resolve complex challenges.
