As a Strategist at Kyra, you will develop data-driven, insight-led creator marketing strategies for our global clients. In this role, you will analyze client challenges, identify opportunities, and craft strategies that drive measurable impact through creators. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct brand, audience, platform, and industry research to inform strategy development.
- Translate insights into compelling, structured strategic narratives.
- Craft high-impact proposals and client presentations, ensuring clarity and persuasion.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to align with client goals.
- Outline creator strategy and sample talent for proposals using Kyra's proprietary discovery tools.
- Analyze trends and write project-specific creative briefs that inspire the creation of impactful and innovative content.
- Work with sales, paid media, and execution teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Lead strategy presentations, articulating recommendations backed by data.
What You Bring:

✔️ Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and persuasive storytelling.
✔️ Proven experience presenting strategies to enterprise clients.
✔️ Familiarity with performance marketing and campaign measurement.
✔️ A structured approach to problem-solving with a balance of rigour and creativity.
✔️ 5 years in influencer marketing or digital strategy.
✔️ Agency background is a must.
