International Buyer - Hybrid

This Senior Buyer – International position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group, located in Columbus, Georgia. As a key member of the Purchasing team, you will play a vital role in managing global procurement strategies and supplier relationships to ensure the success of our innovative commercial refrigeration solutions. Your contribution:

• Lead international purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and company policies.
• Develop and manage procurement strategies to secure quality materials and services at competitive prices.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms while ensuring reliability and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain challenges.
• Analyze and optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Track orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure proper documentation of purchase orders and supplier agreements.
• Manage inventory levels, including deviation requests, shortage reports, and supplier returns (RMA/RTV).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance purchasing operations and supplier performance.

• You excel at negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving in a fast-paced global procurement environment.

Additionally, you have the following:

• A high school diploma (required); an associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
• 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and vendor performance management.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CPP) is preferred.
