Jr. Product Manager

This Jr. Product Manager position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group, located in Columbus, Georgia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying market opportunities, driving product innovation, and supporting our strategic product growth initiatives. With a focus on commercial refrigeration products, this role collaborates cross-functionally to enhance our specialty product offerings and maximize sales potential. Your Contribution:

• Assist in executing product market strategies, including product requirements, feature management, and lifecycle planning.
• Develop product training materials and define market list pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive evidence-based strategies for both short- and long-term product goals.
• Attend tradeshows, industry events, and customer meetings to support sales and product promotion strategies.
• Conduct sales and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Work under limited supervision from senior product managers to ensure product and team synergy.
• Perform additional assignments as needed to support departmental objectives.

Your Journey:

• You excel at project management, strategic thinking, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, you have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3 years of product management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment.
• Technical engineering acumen (a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Safety & Working Conditions:

• Wears appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
• Primarily works in an office setting, spending extended time at a desk with frequent computer use.
• Some work may be performed on the production floor, which may be dusty, greasy, or noisy.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
