Your contribution:
- Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively engage multicultural audiences across North America and Latin America.
- Translate and localize company messaging, marketing materials, press releases, and internal documents between Spanish and English.
- Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, website updates, and other communication channels.
- Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, speeches, and media materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and customer relations, to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Monitor media coverage and provide insights on trends affecting the organization’s reputation.
- Assist in crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and accurate messaging in both languages.
- Coordinate events, presentations, and outreach programs to enhance community and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure all content complies with company branding guidelines and cultural sensitivities.
- You are a creative and strategic communicator with expertise in public relations, content creation, and corporate communications.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a communications, marketing, or public relations role, preferably in a bilingual capacity.
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.
- Experience working with media and public relations campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Knowledge of cultural nuances and best practices in communicating with multicultural audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
