About the Job
Kyte is looking for passionate people who want to join our Kyte "Surfer" partner team! As a Kyte driver or Surfer, you are a brand ambassador and the face of the company. You will be responsible for delivering and picking up rental cars (“Kytes”) from different locations in the downtown Seattle area.
You get to choose your own schedule and don’t need a car for this gig! Willingness to hustle and get crafty with transit is key to making each trip. If you are a hustler, read on!
More about the role!
- We are looking for those of you who own a cool, crafty mode of transportation that will get you from a delivery/return to the next! This could be a scooter, a scooter app that you love to use, a foldable bike, an electric skateboard... show us what you've got!
- Be ready to flag any maintenance, scratches, tire damage... on the vehicles before delivery and after returns
- Be ready to interact with the customer as the face of the company - we are looking for people who are comfortable in face to face interactions!
Requirements
- You are at least 25 years old
- You own a valid US driver’s license and are legally authorized to work in the US.
- 2 years of driving experience in the US. (Professional driving experience is a plus, but not required)
- Feel comfortable moving around the city without a car
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy customer-facing interactions
- You own a smartphone so you can follow delivery and return prompts on our app
- You have some weekend availability
