About the Role :

As an HR / EHS Specialist, your main objective will be to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as managing the Environmental, Health & Safety function of HR.. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Your efforts will contribute to creating a positive work environment and fostering a culture of safety and well-being.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR and / or EHS roles, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, including compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks and hazards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
